For Businesses: Payments will be refunded if an influencer fails to complete the work according to your instructions. If an influencer fails to initiate your project, your payment will also be refunded.
For Influencers: Earnings will be transferred to your wallet if a business does not accept your work, provided you delivered it as per their requirements.
Monthly Subscriptions: These are non-refundable.
Refund Conditions:
Refunds will only be issued for campaigns that have not been launched. Once a campaign is live, no refunds will be processed.
To request a refund, email our customer support at influencershub555@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Include your order number and a detailed explanation for the refund request.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
If payment was made via a third-party gateway, the refund will follow the terms and conditions of that provider.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be issued only in cases of technical errors or platform issues preventing campaign launch. Refunds will not be granted if the campaign’s performance doesn’t meet expectations or if you change your mind.
We will assist with troubleshooting any technical problems, and if they cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued.
